Our installation & ASS service is in charge of the assembly and the after-sales service of all our wine equipment (Gyropalette®, controllers, presses…). Our sales representatives and technicians offer you a quality and reactive service for all your request.
To install our machines in the best conditions, our technicians team ensure you a quality service for the mounting of our automatic riddling.
We ensure you a preventative and remedial maintenance service. Our teams work all year round on riddling installations. We are at your disposal to answer all questions regarding the use of our products. For all Gyropalette® purchase, we offer Maintenance service, which aims at perpetuating your installation.
Our technicians are also trained to install all your pressing center including our Magnum® press, and stainless-steel equipment (belons, aignes removal, walkways and stairways…)
We also develop a permanency for whole harvest time in Champagne, France and neighbor countries (Luxembourg, England, Belgium). The after-sales is open 24h a day and 7 days a week during the Champagne harvest time. This number is indicated on our Magnum® presses and is reserved for after-sales intervention during pressings.

With our Retrofit service, benefit of screen new generation and latest functionalities to control your wine installation for the riddling and the pressing.
Our Retrofit service allows you to replace your old riddling controller for the new generation. Thus, you profit from outperforming technologies and up-to-date functionalities.
We also offer you the Retrofit for the Magnum® presses, you can replace your old screen by the new one with outperforming technologies and up-to-date functionalities.
