Gyropalette® 

Discover our range of Gyropalette® for the riddling of the sparkling wine. Our riddling machines are made in France. There are composed from 1 to 6 cages, they were designed for productions from 5 000 to more than 150 000 bottles per machine and per year and can be disposed side to side and / or back to back. Our riddling equipments are reliable, sturdy, evolutive and don’t need a lot of maintenance.

One cage

Gyroflex multiformat

The Gyroflex multiformat allows the riddling of different bottle sizes at the same time thanks to the custom-made sectors system. It has a capacity of 91 standard champagne bottles. This Gyroflex multiformat is a fixed or mobile device (with wheels and drawbar).

Suitable for production and riddling tests.

Gyro Compact®

The dimensions of this automatic riddler has been reduced to adapt to the smallest cellars. Indeed, the Gyro Compact® can be installed in places with 2 meters high ceilings. This Gyropalette® can riddle several bottle shapes thanks to the 255 riddling box.

It is suitable for productions up to 14 000 traditional champenoise bottles per year.

MMSC (Mono-Mat Single Cage)

The single cage Gyropalette® is a riddling machine adapted to most cellars, and particularly small ones. It is made to riddle 504 bottles boxes and easily ensure the automated riddling of your sparkling wines. 

It is suitable for productions from 25 000 to 30 000 traditional champenoise bottles per year.

Two cages

MMDC (Mono Mat Double Cage)

The Double Cage can be used alone, be superimposed and/or adjoined without loss of space. This machine riddle two 504 boxes in one cycle. 

It is suitable for productions from 50 000 to 70 000 traditional champenoise bottles per year.

Duo

This riddling machine has four cages and can be adjoined: the side-to-side or back-to-back disposition allows to The Gyropalette® Duo can be install horizontally for the cellar with low ceiling height. It can also be installed vertically for the high ceiling height. The Gyropalette® Duo is evolutionary, it can be transformed into a Quadra. 

It is suitable for productions from 50 000 to 60 000 traditional champenoise bottles per year.

Vertical Duo

This Gyropalette® fits perfectly for the high ceiling cellar and not very wide. It is also made to complete a Gyropalette® range installed to increase your riddling capacity.

Quadra

With six cages on 2 levels, this automated bottles riddler is suitable for low-ceiling premises. The Gyropalette® Hextra can be adjoined to other riddling machines.
